Summerstone 100% Pure Raw Tasmanian Honey

Sourced from the magnificent Coal River Valley in Tasmania, Summerstone Honey is pure, raw and naturally delicious. Our bees forage across a diverse range of native plants, producing a rich, full-flavoured honey that’s hand-extracted, coarse-filtered, and never pasteurised. This gentle process ensures every jar is packed with freshness, nutrients and natural goodness.

Raw honey naturally contains pollen, enzymes, amino acids, minerals, micro-elements and vitamins, offering antioxidant and antibacterial properties. It’s 100% natural, unfiltered and vegetarian-friendly (though not suitable for vegans).

Raw, unheated honey may crystallise over time - simply place the jar in warm water to return it to liquid. Store in a cool, dry place.

Honey Foam:
If you notice a light, creamy layer on top, that’s honey foam - a natural sign of raw honey. Tiny air bubbles rise during packing and carry with them traces of pollen, propolis and wax, making the foam extra flavourful and full of goodness.
