Our bees forage across a diverse range of native plants, producing a rich, full-flavoured honey thatās hand-extracted, coarse-filtered, and never pasteurised. This gentle process ensures every jar is packed with freshness, nutrients and natural goodness.
Raw honey naturally contains pollen, enzymes, amino acids, minerals, micro-elements and vitamins, offering antioxidant and antibacterial properties. Itās 100% natural, unfiltered and vegetarian-friendly (though not suitable for vegans).
Raw, unheated honey may crystallise over time - simply place the jar in warm water to return it to liquid. Store in a cool, dry place.
